- Kathy was very thorough in making this a comfortable and informed first home-buying experience. She was very courteous and prompt at answering all questions and requests. She asked the right questions and took great care in ensuring our choice was based on our interests and that we were happy with all aspects and aware of all pros and cons. She exceeded all expectations.

- We were very comfortable with Kathy and we were impressed with the ISO Certified Company. We were completely satisfied.

- I had a friend tell me about a salesperson from another company. He have me his sales pitch and wanted me to sign with him. Then, I called Kathy and she came to see me. She got me $10,000.00 more than the other salesperson suggested.

- Our last Real Estate transaction resulted in a court case – which we won! I was very leery of trusting any other Agent or REALTOR. I trust Kathy.

- Kathy did a great job for us even though we were living in another province. Kathy always kept us informed on everything that was happening. She worked really hard for us.

In our experience, trying to sell our home over a four year period and as many agents, we had become very weary of the Real Estate process. We found it difficult to find an agent with our interests in mind. With Kathy, it became apparent from the beginning that she is in the business of helping people first. She is the first agent that we have met that is not driven by the prospect of a commission. Kathy kept our spirits up and provided a lot of encouragement, which is an important part of the process. We have met virtually every agent in HRM through open houses and interviews and none compare to Kathy. Selling & Buying is very stressful so, do yourself a favor and call a professional - Kathy.

We have met many agents at open houses, and had our home listed with three agents over a two year period before we listed with Kathy. I cannot speak highly enough of her service and honesty. Through the highs and lows of selling, she remained optimistic and provided us with the support and encouragement that is an important part of the process.
